This extremely palatable, unique product was field trialled over a 6 month period in the UK, USA and France, during what was probably one of the wettest Winters in living memory! Mud Defender contains ingredients selected to provide a natural source of: Omega’s 3 & 6, Cysteine the amino acid needed for strong hair, skin and keratin production, B vitamins, bio available sulphur, minerals and trace elements. The supplements natural ingredients also include herbs chosen for their ability to help support the skin’s cellular structure, integrity and natural resistance to mud dwelling bacteria. We recommend horse owners start giving our Mud Defender supplement in the early Autumn and continue throughout the Winter months, to help maintain your horse or pony’s legs, heels and skin in the best possible condition to support a natural resistance to mud dwelling bacteria and the rigours of wet, muddy conditions.
MUD DEFENDER for horses, ponies and donkeys is formulated to maintain and support:
Ingredients: Cooked Linseed meal, Brewers Yeast, Garlic, Kelp (Ascosophyllum nodosum), Calendula flowers, Echinacea root and Liquorice root.
Typical analysis: Total oil 11.9%, Protein 22.24%, Fibre 16.15%, Ash 5.3%.
How to use:
Introduce gradually to normal feed over a period of several days.
Added to the feed on a daily basis, where possible splitting the required amount between two feeds. 50ml scoop is included.
